Keep bookings flexible

Use the listed competition days to begin planning, but confirm your athlete’s assignment with your coach before committing to non-refundable travel. Some levels appear across multiple days or arenas. Review hotel cancellation terms and leave room for competition, awards and the trip home.

Confirm your arrival with your coach

Session numbers are not start times. Warm-up, march-in and competition times remain TBD until the full schedule is published December 31, 2026. Ask your coach for your team’s required arrival time once assignments are confirmed. Allow extra time for parking, walking to the entrance and finding your competition arena.

Getting to the LeConte Center

2986 Teaster Ln, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863

Parking is free. 1,600 spaces beside the center, with tram service to and from the building. 2,100 spaces with access from Teaster Lane or Jake Thomas Road and a pedestrian bridge to the center. Follow posted signs and review the current parking map before arrival, as access may change during construction.

Prepare for meet day

Check admission prices before arrival and review venue policies with your family. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Concessions are available throughout the concourse. If you need mobility equipment, arrange it before traveling; the venue does not provide wheelchairs or scooters to borrow or rent. Keep plans for shows and other activities flexible until your session is confirmed.
